01 CNC Shearing & Material Preparation

02 Laser Cutting & Profiling

03 CNC V-Grooving

V-grooves are machined into the stainless steel sheet where required to support controlled forming and detailed fabrication.

04 CNC Bending & Forming

Cut components are bent and formed to the required angles, dimensions and structural profiles.

05 Welding, Polishing & Grinding

Fabricated parts are welded and assembled, followed by grinding and polishing to refine joints, edges and surface appearance.

06 Vacuum Plating

Where required, finished metal components can undergo vacuum plating to achieve decorative metallic colors and surface effects.
